Sunday: Completed 2 sets of 8 for each exercise covered on the DVD below. Then I rested during the 3rd set and did a quick stretch during the 4th set.
Monday: Same as Sunday but I stretched during the 3rd and 4th set of each exercise with no rest except for when the instructor on the dvd said to.

Saturday: \/ & Somatics Lessons 3 & 4
Within 30 minutes of finishing each workout I consumed one serving of BCAAs in water or fruit juice.
