1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (I used Sargento)
1 - 6 oz packet or can of tuna fish (I used Starkist)
- Divide the tuna in half then shape into two burger-like patties
- Place on a non-stick pan
- Place 1.5 tablespoons of shredded cheese on top of each pattie
- Cover the pan, then cook at a low heat (your goal is to melt the cheese so it holds the tuna some-what together, you're not actually trying to cook the bajeezes out of the tuna)
- While that is cooking, cut an apple into 4 thick slices
- Turn off the stove, place the tuna patties on the two largest Apple slices
- Let cool for a few minutes then enjoy
