- The night before, pull a piece of Flounder out of the freezer to defrost in the fridge
- Cook 1/4 cup of dried bulgar wheat in 1/2 cup of water by placing both in a small pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for 12-15 minutes (or according to the instructions on the package)
- While that is cooking place the palm sized flounder fillet on a non-stick pan at low heat. Cover the top side with garlic powder, a bit of pepper and three pinches of salt.
- Place two hand fulls of lettuce on a plate
- When the bulgar wheat is finished add it to the plate, cover in a light coating of extra virgin olive oil, top it in a light layer of 1/2 tumneric powder, 1/4 salt and 1/4 black pepper.

Foodie FunI suffer from a severe case of Lazerexia-Kitchenphobia. It is a condition where people like (maybe even love) food, but their laziness and fear of committing to working in the kitchen for more than 10 minutes per day leave them forlorn and hungry at the edges of the kitchen, wishing there was some sort of solution or cure for this. Thus, the birth of this "blog", here I will do my best to provide you with recipes and links to recipes for meals and drinks which may be composed in minutes. Enjoy :) Archives
