1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced zucchini
1/2 cup canned corn
1 tbsp dried minced onions
1/2 cup Avocado chunks
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Salt
close the container & shake vigorously until contents are thoroughly mixed. Stick in fridge for a few hours then eat
