1 frozen salmon fillet
1/2 cup previously cooked bulgur wheat (or rice)
1/3 cup frozen sliced button mushrooms
1/3 cup frozen sliced leeks
1/2 cup frozen green beans
cover salmon with black truffle infused olive oil & red chili pepper infused olive oil
place cover on top of the pan and leave for the day
As soon as you get home (6-10 hours later)
- Place 1/4 cup of water in the pan
- Sprinkle a little dill & salt on the salmon
- Add some dried minced garlic (up to 1 tbsp)
- Keep the cover on and steam on a low heat while you change out of work clothes (15 minutes)
- After 15 minutes, remove the lid and let cook on high heat until the water cooks off (10 minutes)
