- 1 tbsp coffee grounds (I use Illy Moka)
- 1 tsp 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of boiling hot water
- 1 mini French press (I use the 4 oz. size)
- 5 frozen reusable ice cubes (to chill your beverage without diluting it)
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 1 Straw
- 1 coffee mug
The procedure:
- Pour 1 tbsp coffee grounds then 1/4 cup boiling hot water into your mini French press. Allow contents to sit for 3 minutes.
- Strain coffee into coffee mug, add 1 tsp of 100% pure maple syrup and stir.
- Carefully place 5 frozen reusable ice cubes in the coffee mug.
- Add up to 1/2 cup of skim milk.
- Drink with a straw
