Have a weigh in coming up for ballet company or wrestling? As much as you may love sweating out your body mass in a sauna, or swallowing your fingers after every meal.... consider trying these instead:
- Cut out ALL dairy & grain products
- Drink a glass of water before each meal
- Don't eat anything after 5 pm
or
- Have a croissant and cappuccino for breakfast, a bean burrito and cup of rice with guacamole for lunch and a glass of rice milk with celery dipped in lemon juice for dinner. **Note that this is not at all a healthy habit to maintain, but it is an alternative solution for making your weigh ins without going bulimic. **
