- The Body Shop Nutriganics Drops of Youth
- The Body Shop Vitamin C Skin Boost or pre-foundation primer
Morning Post wash for light makeup days (I use just one of the following):
- L'au Thermale Avène Ysthéal Crème Antirides - Anti-oxydant for Dry Skin
- Korres' Wild Rose 24-Hour Moisturizing and Brightening Cream
- Korres's Wild Rose Face and Eye Serum Brightening & Line Smoothing
- (or for humid / oil inducing weather) The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Lotion
Final Morning Touches:
- Spot-treat pimples with BenzaClin
- Pop a Phytoceramides Skin Hydration liquid soft gel by SportsResearch (take this one for 3 straight weeks before you notice a difference)
Evening Wash:
- Clinique "Take the Day off" - to remove eye makeup
- Vichy Normaderm Gel - to remove everything else
Evening post-wash
- Trentinoin Cream 0.025%
- Lancôme night cream around the eyes
- Nivea chap stick on the lips
The night leading up to a photo shoot
- Replace the Vitamin E cream with Hydrocortisone Cream 2.5% (on area around the eyes & the corners of the nose - to constrict veins) DO NOT do this one daily, it will cause more harm then good in the long run, as it will eventually thin out your skin.
- Break open a Vitamin E capsule and pour the contents on your lips and eyelashes (for 3 days leading up to a photo shoot)
Other random personal rules:
- Never fly with more than simple eye makeup on, and HYDRATE continuously when in the air for a flight longer than 2 hours.
- Drink at least 2 liters of water & one coconut water per day
- Always wear sunglasses in the sun, crows feat will never be in style
- Liquid foundations were made for the spotlight, powders were not.
