- read through a few lists of the most frequently asked questions and prepare answers with anecdotal stories which may be adjusted to answer multiple questions.
- use LinkedIn to look up the career paths of people who have previously filled the job to see where they came from and where they went to afterwards.
- look up the LinkedIn profile of the person who will be interviewing you
- prepare several questions to ask the interviewer
- make sure to get 8 hours of sleep
- type the company name into Google News to see what has been happening with the company lately.
- review the job board to see if any additional jobs within your scope of expertise have opened up.

- eat for success (I do best when I have spicy indian food followed by a shot of espresso 2-4 hours before the interview).
